Scott McPherson: Scott comes to Cabrillo Coastal in 2010 after working in sales and management for Sherwin-Williams Co. in Gainesville, FL. A long time Chicago native, Scott left the windy city to attend the University of Florida, from which he graduated in 2003. Scott currently resides in Gainesville with his wife, daughter and son, who was just born in August. Scott has a proven history in customer relations, and looks forward to serving the customers and agents with Cabrillo Coastal. As always…Go Gators!

Bobby Robbins: Bobby is the South Florida Sales Manager for Cabrillo Coastal. Bobby has 18 years experience in the Insurance industry and loves property insurance, people, selling and making win-win situations. He started out as a licensed sales agent selling auto policies in 1992, after serving in the U.S. Army. Bobby moved to the company side in 1995, working as a CSR, a Team Supervisor and a Homeowners Underwriter at Arrowhead General Insurance Agency. He then worked as the Assistant Operations Manager and later as the California Sales Manager for Express General Insurance Agency. In 2005, Bobby joined Cabrillo General Insurance Agency in San Diego, California, and worked as the Senior Underwriter and Sales Manager for the Surplus Lines Program insuring homes that standard carriers would not. Bobby moved to ACE USA as a Commercial Marine Facilities Underwriter, insuring marinas, yacht clubs, boat builders and dealers. He is now back home, in a manner of speaking, with friends and mentors at Cabrillo Coastal. Bobby couldn’t be happier being in the sunshine state doing what he is passionate about, insuring homes, and taking care of customers.

Lois Nelson: Lois joined Cabrillo Coastal General Insurance Agency in August of 2010 as a Sales Manager and brings with her over 30 years of insurance experience in the State of Florida. She began her career with Foremost Insurance Company as a Division Sales Coordinator, leaving to become a Sales and Marketing Representative for MHD of Fla and then the Jerger Company which later became Liberty American Insurance Group where she served as Assistant Vice President of Marketing. As part of the team at Cabrillo Coastal, Lois looks forward to developing new and renewing past relationships with the many great agencies throughout the State of Florida.

Tony Saltzman: Mr. Saltzman is a 30 year veteran of the Property & Casualty marketplace. Tony started his career as a property underwriter at Delaware Valley Underwriting Agency. In 2001 Tony created Residential Underwriting Agency, which specialized in writing Excess & Surplus personal lines business. Tony’s most recent role was with a large Managing General Agency where he was the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic territorial manager. Tony is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
