Michael L. McNitt: Mr. McNitt has worked in the successful design and management of homeowners insurance products for the Gulf and Atlantic states for more than 15 years. A founder of Cabrillo Coastal, he holds the insurance industry designations of CPCU, AIC and ASLI from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters as well as an AB degree with honors and distinction from Stanford University, an MA from Stanford, and a Master of Public Policy degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. He and his wife are the proud parents of three children as well as three dogs.

Ronda Loshonkohl: In her over 20 years of homeowners insurance experience, Ronda Loshonkohl has developed a strong expertise in underwriting and systems automation. She trained at one of the best companies in the business, Fireman’s Fund. Her specialized underwriting knowledge, attention to detail and systems development has allowed Cabrillo Coastal to deliver a quality product at an affordable price to our customers. A founder of Cabrillo Coastal, Ronda lettered in track at UCLA while earning her degree. She brings the office mascot Buster, a cocker/lhasa apso, to work every day.

Paul Zedonis: Mr.Zedonis has been handling claims since 1970 with active involvement in over 78 catastrophes. He has been a manager at Foremost Insurance Company and VP Claims at Aegis Security Insurance Company. Paul holds a BA from S.U.N.Y at Geneseo plus numerous courses at Vale Technical Institute, HAAG Engineering and Penn State University. He also is a member of The National Association of Catastrophe Adjusters with a Federal Flood certification.

Matt Thomas: Mr. Thomas began his insurance career in 1989 as an Independent Multi-Lines Claims Adjuster and is licensed in Florida, New York, Texas, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Matt's CAT experience started with Hurricane Andrew and includes all Northeastern events since 1992. Matt oversees the Harbor Claims operation as well as personally handles some losses and Underwriting inspections. Matt’s philosophy is “it’s hard to properly manage adjusters if you don’t get out there and put yourself in their shoes”. In order to join the team, Matt relocated his family from Pennsylvania to Gainesville, Florida, in 2007. They do not miss the snow.

Robert Wright: Mr. Wright is currently the Director Business Development for Ocean Harbor Casualty Insurance Company. Before joining Ocean Harbor, Mr. Wright also co-founded a knowledge-base underwriting/marketing consulting company at Wyndham Partners Consulting (RenaissanceRe). As an Executive VP, he led a team of technical associates that provided analytical services to RenRe property clients. Prior to RenRe, he also served as VP of Direct Marketing and created a direct response operation within the Markel Group. Mr. Wright was also associated with American International Group in London, England, and served as the Director of Personal Lines for the UK, Africa, and the Middle East. He introduced Foremost's first Homeowners product and served as the Senior VP of Business Development with Foremost Insurance Company. He led the teams responsible for pricing and product development. He was also responsible for the creation of three new companies within the Foremost Group. Mr. Wright served as the President of American Federation Insurance Company and led the team that won the AARP endorsement of Foremost's mobile home program that was marketed through Foremost P&C. Mr. Wright received his B.S. in Marketing and M.A. in Economics from the University of Detroit.

Jeffrey Hershman: Mr. Hershman is a 23 year veteran of the insurance industry. Jeffrey started as an Actuarial Analyst with CIGNA Property & Casualty. He has held a number of underwriting roles in both admitted and surplus lines operations. His most recent role was with Max Specialty Insurance Company where he developed and managed a Specialty Personal Lines program. Jeffrey is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. He and his wife are the proud parents of two children and one dog.
